Proskriptive is pleased to demonstrate a highly innovative data science-based solution developed in conjunction with Quality Reviews and Microsoft that is designed to improve a hospital’s operational excellence as measured by HCAHPS scores. HCAHPS survey results are critical because they’re utilized to determine a hospital’s overall reimbursement rate by CMS.

In conversations at the booth we’ll highlight the technical experience a nurse would have when utilizing our rounding solution to collect clinical and experiential information from a patient while they’re in the hospital. Based upon the data collected in the rounding process Proskriptive is able to help hospital staff identify care opportunities that will lead to an improved inpatient experience and higher HCAHPS scores.

Data is collected utilizing Quality Review’s rounding tool and summary statistics are immediately displayed to care staff to indicate where clinical and experiential actions should be taken to close care gaps and enhance the patient’s experience. Over time, Proskriptive analyzes the data that results from the rounding process and is then able to correlate that data with HCAHPS survey results to provide a clear view of specific actions that can be taken to promote a better overall experience at the hospital.
